Tres leches is a sponge that drinks three milks. Ours drinks them infused with saffron and cardamom, the way rasmalai does, then gets a thick layer of whipped cream and a shower of pistachio. It is served cold, cut with a spoon, and disappears quickly.
Every box is baked to order in Malviya Nagar and chilled before it leaves. It travels well across South Delhi and is best within two days. We bake a handful of boxes each week, so the earlier you message, the better.
